Refund Policy

Our refund policy is the one in force at this time according to the directive European Union 2011/83/EU and it has validity 14 days . If more than 14 days From purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund for the service purchased.
Once your return request has been received you will receive confirmation of the same, otherwise we kindly ask you to make sure by contacting us by telephone.
We will then inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will use the same payment method you used.

The refund will take place within 14 days from the date of the request, as required by law.

Once you have enjoyed the service purchased, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
