Refund Policy
Our refund policy is the one in force at this time according to the directive European Union 2011/83/EU and it has validity 14 days . If more than 14 days From purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund for the service purchased.

Sono molto attratta dalle scarpe alte, anche parecchio alte. Qui ho trovato solo quelle e divise in collezioni così da potermi muovere con facilità tra i modelli di cui ho bisogno. Mi trovo a mio agio e comprerei tutto.
Ho preso un paio di scarpe molto alte della collezione Mission Impossible e quando mi sono arrivate il numero non era perfetto sono scarpe molto particolari, allora ho subito contattato il proprietario che mi ha risposto immediatamente per la procedura di reso e sostituzione delle scarpe. Sono contenta perchè ci tenevo molto ad averle e mi stanno veramente bene.
Non ho resistito ad acquistare 4 paia di scarpe compresi stivali e stivaletti. Ho contattato il titolare per vedere se poteva farmi uno sconto e lui mi ha preparato un codice sconto solo per me. E' stato gentilissimo e poi mi ha chiesto di fargli sapere come mi stavano le scarpe se il numero corrispondeva e una mia impressione personale sulla qualità del prodotto, in modo da poter essere informato il più possibile sui prodotti che vende.
Il sito mi è piaciuto molto per come è stato concepito ma la cosa molto importante è la disponibilità del titolare per qualsiasi consiglio sull'acquisto, spedizione ecc. Complimenti veramente mi sembra di essere in un negozio fisico.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe per una cerimonia, ho un vestito viola e quando ho visto queste scarpe non ho resistito. Credo farò una bella figura ma quello che conta è che mi ci vedo bene e che soddisfano i miei desideri.
Io con le scarpe ci lavoro fanno parte della mia immagine e sono un elemento fondamentale per la mia attività. Devo dire che l'idea di vendere solo scarpe alte e suddivise per collezioni mi affascina e mi rende le cose facili tra tanti modelli quelli che si possono avvicinare di più alle mie esigenze.
